  A family owed business that takes care of your family members' remains as if they belonged to their family. Very professional.

  These people will not give you death certificates and will run you in circles to get answers when you are out of state and a death occurs. I have not been able to obtain a legal death certificate for my mother from these people. I would not bury my dog with these people. I have filed a complaint with the medical examiners office and the vital records in Richmond, Va. I plan to file legal action against them as soon as I return to the state of VA. This is the worst case of non-responsiveness and I have ever seen. The original owner and founder Mr. Dave is turning over in his grave literally at how they are running his business.
