  Sarah Contant Beach needs a make over. I have lived between East & West Ocean View since a child, and had never been to the site. The "park" is run down.The picture to the right is mis leading. The working water fountain is a nest for mosquitos. The once beautiful stone benches are scarce and worn down if not broken. Trees engulf the beauty of the area, so once inside the outer trees, those inside the park are hovering over your shoulders. Besides the beach location, large wooden benches & onsite grills { which are run down as well but still a plus }, I would prefer to pick any other park.
